Lelelelemon :)

While watching Kris Tv (Kris Aquino's Noon Time Show). She said that she's drinking a pure lemon & add some warm water (w/o sugar). Out of my curiosity  I tried it. Its has a sour taste especially when you put a lot of lemon. But now, for me it doesn't matter as long as its helping me to lose some weight & clean my digestive system. :)

Here are some benefits of drinking Warm Lemon Juice early in the morning:
1. Drinking warm lemon juice first thing in the morning stimulates your digestive system

5.  Hot lemon water helps with digestion and assists with losing weight faster. By helping a body eliminate waste products easier, it cleanses the body and begins the weight loss process. It also flushes out the toxins, which aids weight loss.

For Runny Nose/Sore throat: Drink Freshly squeezed 1 Lemon juice in a glass of lukewarm water every 2hrs

Sore Throat: Add 1 lemon juice & 1 teaspoon of sea salt to 1 cup lukewarm water 3x/day

Tonsillitis: Gurgle 2 hrs for 30 seconds.
